Don't cry a river just yet. This week we've got a sweet lineup of mostly free outdoor summer concert series that will have you rockawearing to a different beat in no time.
Levitt Pavilion (Pasadena) Michael W was lured in for a night of "fresh new sounds, that mix hard bopping, funky gospel, and Latin styles." From now until August 24th, pop a squat on the lawn every Thursday-Sunday for complimentary eclectic tunes.
The Music Center (Bunker Hill) Belt it out with Emily S during "Friday night Sing-Alongs or Dance Downtown, blasting '80s music one night, Samba another." You can also Drum Downtown on Saturday mornings (August 3 and September 7) or hit up nearby Grand Park for Sunday Sessions (July 28 and August 25)!
Starlight Bowl (Burbank) The hills of Burbank come alive with the sound of Starlight. "Bring your own food, beer, and wine." Christopher D loves "the massive greenery that frames the stage." The Summer season runs from July 14 through August 10, and adult tickets are $12.
FIGat7th (Downtown LA) Julie L can now jam out while grubbing out in the "really cool food court, boasting grilled cheese, burgers, Indian food, and Korean food," all season long thanks to free concerts on Fridays, through August 2.
Schabarum Regional Park (Rowland Heights) "It makes Rowland Heights a cut above other cities." While it may not be prime time for cherry blossoms, "it's such a great place to spend time with family and the community."
