Help Julie follow her dreams   View this email in your browser Dearest friends and family, For the past 5 years I have been practicing Vedic Meditation.  My life has changed profoundly in the most positive way since I learned how to meditate.  I want to help you and others learn this simple technique that has improved my life immensely. Please help me to complete my meditation teacher training this year beginning in Los Angeles March 3rd.  The final studies will be held over 7 weeks in Velore, India on May 5th.  I need your help to fund this Journey. I have to leave my job and home for 7 weeks and can not afford the travel and fee's on my own.  I have been wanting this my whole life. Hey All -

This Friday, February 14 at sunset is the closing ceremony for the native garden at the Cornfield (aka Los Angeles State Historic Park).

This is a good time to honor and respect our ancestors and the history of the land - and really think about the future of Los Angeles and the struggles we face for autonomous land. I'd love to make some time and space to be able to discuss these things and think about what our next steps may be.

I hope that you can make it out and that we can work towards defending this important land. And please do spread the word - share widely!
